SDS Manager offer several options for export of your SDS library (require PRO plan or higher)
1 - Standard export of SDS library
Under the "Reports" menu (Require PRO version to access), you can find an option to export all your SDS to a csv file.
2. Custom export of SDS library
From any location you can export all SDSs linked to the location . If you check the option "Include sub-locations" all SDS on the sublocations will also be included in the export.
On the Personalized View tab click the + icon, you can select what data should be included in the export file. Check the data you want to include. You can also include own custom fields.
Doing this - you can generate a report with houndreds of columns with data from the Safety Data Sheet
See below example file to see the kind of data that is exported.
3. Export based on filtered list
On the SDS Filter page you can export a selection of SDS to Excel file. In the below example we export all SDS that are flamable or explosive (GHS01 or GHS02 pictogram) with recorded stored amount of more than 100 gallons that can be usefull for EPA reporting.
See below of an example file of what data is avaialble in the export file.
(Other data can be added to the export file on request).
