How do you install the SDS Manager iPhone-iOS and Android app?

The SDS Manager Mobile App provides offline access to your SDSs.

We recommend that the primary method for employee access to SDSs is by scanning QR code posters.

For users who need offline access or access SDSs by scanning product barcodes, the app is very effective.

Upon installation, the app downloads all SDSs directly to the device, providing access both online and offline. Additionally, users can scan product barcodes simply by opening the app and pointing it at the barcode for immediate retrieval of the SDS.

To install the app, scan the QR code poster and click on “Install app for offline access.” The app will then automatically provide access to the same SDS library available via the QR code poster.

For Android, you will be prompted to install the app. Choose 'Install' to add the app to your device's home screen

For iOS, you will need to do this manually by locating this icon.

Select the icon and find the 'Add to Home Screen' option to add the app to your device's home screen.

Safety information for a product can be found by either searching for the product by its name or by scanning the product’s barcode.

To access SDSs via barcode scanning, the barcode numbers for the products you use must be linked to your SDSs by your administrator.

The app automatically checks for updates to the company’s SDSs library and synchronizes the new SDSs to ensure that offline content remains up to date.
