Add information labels on SDSs - shown in the SDS list and on labels

Information labels are added from the SDS Detail view

3 message types are available:  Info, Warning, and Danger Type

The message will be shown to employees when they search for the SDS

The message will also be shown on Secondary Container labels.

You can also add the additional information from the print label dialog.
