Thank you for choosing SDS Manager, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution. This fulfillment policy outlines how we deliver our service and manage subscriptions.

Service Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will gain immediate access to SDS Manager through your account dashboard. Instructions for logging in and getting started will be sent to the email address provided during signup. Access is granted instantly unless technical issues arise, in which case our support team will resolve them within 24 hours.
If you are upgrading from a Free Trial to a paid subscription, your trial account will transition into a paid account. All data you have added during the trial will be fully retained.
SDS Manager operates entirely online, with all services and deliveries conducted digitally—no physical shipments are involved. -
Subscription Management
SDS Manager operates on a subscription basis on monthly or annual plans. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can manage your subscription, including upgrades or downgrades, via your account subscription page (require login).

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the subscription page (require login). Upon cancellation, your access to SDS Manager will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which it will be terminated. No further charges will apply post-cancellation.

Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you’re not satisfied with SDS Manager, contact us within 14 days of your initial payment to request a full refund. Refunds are not available after this period or for subscription renewals unless required by law.
