EMERGENCY OVERVIEW Odorless white non-flammable water-based paint of Yttrium Oxide. Neutral pH . Ingestion of paint or inhalation of paint mist may lead to irritation or injury.
Principle Routes of Exposure
Inhalation of paint mist and contact to the eyes and skin TARGET ORGANS: Eyes, skin and respiratory system. EYE: Abrasive grit irritation. SKIN CONTACT: Slight possibility of mild skin inflammation/irritation. SKIN ABSORPTION: N/A INGESTION: Irritation and possible injury to gastrointestinal tract. INHALATION: Irritation and possible injury to upper respiratory system. ACUTE EFFECTS: Irritation to the eyes on contact due to grit abrasion. Mists from the product may be irritating to the upper respiratory system.
Potential chronic health
Excessive inhalation of dust above TLV of dried material over long periods of time may cause industrial bronchitis, reduced breathing capacity and lead to increased susceptibility to lung disease. CARCINOGENICITY: Not carcinogenic
