Risk of adverse effects are lessened by following all prescribed safety precautions, including the use of proper personal protective equipment. Acute Effects Routes of Entry Eye contact. Inhalation. Eyes Irritating to eyes. Liquid in eye may cause irritation with possible damage if not rinsed immediately. Skin Irritating to skin. Inflammation of the eye is characterized by redness, watering and itching. Inhalation lung irritant Exposure to high concentrations can cause dizziness, lightheadness, headache, nausea, and blurrred vision. Higher levels may cause unconsciousness. Prolonged exposure may cause narcotic effect. Ingestion Unlikely in this form.
