2.1 Classification of the substance or mixture
The product is not classified as dangerous in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EC) 1272-2008 (CLP) and subsequent amendments. However, containing dangerous substances at a concentration as to be declared in section 3, the product requires a safety data sheet containing appropriate information, in accordance with Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 and subsequent amendments. 2.2 Label elements Regulation EC 1272/2008, relating to the classification, labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures (CLP), does not apply to medical devices in the finished state used in direct physical contact with the human body according to what is dictated by art. 1.5, paragraph d).
