Health hazards
Acute and Chronic) Inhalation: May be harmful if inhaled. Vapors and mist causes respiratory tract irritation. Eyes: Causes eye irritation, experienced as discomfort or pain, and seen as excess redness and swelling of the eye, and possible injury to the cornea. Skin: Prolonged contact, as with clothing wetting with material, may cause defatting of skin or irritation, seen as local redness with possible mild discomfort. Ingestion: May cause abdominal discomfort, nausea and diarrhea. Aspiration may occur during swallowing or vomiting, resulting in lung damage.
