Ingestion of this product may cause respiratory and skin sensitization in individuals with penicillin allergies. Individuals who are sensitive to beta lactam antibiotics, both penicillins and cephalosporins, may experience contact or systemic hypersensitivity and anaphylaxis upon ingestion of this drug.
