2.2 Label elements
R12 – EXTREMELY FLAMMABLE. S2 – Keep out of the reach of children. S16 – Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking. S51 – Use only in well-ventilated areas. Pressurized container: protect from sunlight and do not expose to tempera- tures exceeding 50 oC. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Do not spray on a naked flame or any incandescent material. Keep away from sources of ignition – No smoking. Keep out of the reach of children. If ventilation is not sufficient, may form flammable/explosive vapour-air mixture. Product contains : Propane/butane ; ethanol ; propane-2-ol.
2.3 Other hazards
Safety : Extremely flammable. Human : If ingested may cause some irritation to the mouth and upper digestive tract. May irritate the eye. May cause slight skin irritation. Unlikely to cause dam- age to internal organs following skin contact. Do not use to excess in con- fined spaces. Inhalation of the aerosol may induce irritation of the nose and throat. NOTE TO USER: Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling aerosol products (e.g. putting aerosol directly into mouth) may be harmful or even fatal. Ecological : Inherently biodegradable so unlikely to accumulate in the aquatic environ- ment.
