29 CFR 1910.1200) EMERGENCY OVERVIEW: BuggyBeds glue traps is a finilazed product that is intented to passively monitor for bed bugs, and/or fleas & ticks by attracting the bugs for the sole pupose of detection. The trap is constructed of a clear polystyrene which consists of a top piece and a bottom piece. A non-hazardous resin glue is poured into the bottom piece. Other ingredients are used as bio lures and/or fragrance. EU DANGEROUS PREPARATIONS DIRECTIVE (DPD) LABELING AND CLASSIFICATION: This product does not meet the definition of any hazard class, as defined by the European Union Council Directives 67/548/EECand 1999/445/EC and subsequent Directives. This product is classifed as an "article"* according to Title 29 of the Code of Federal Regulations, OSHA Part 1910.1200. *Article means a manufactured item other than a fluid or particle, which is formed to a specific shape or design during manufacture which has end use funtion dependent in whole or in part upon its shape or design during end use, and which under normal conditions of use does not release more than very small quantities or trace amounts of a hazardous chemical, and does not pose a physical hazard or health risk to employees."
