Toxicity associated with pigments - Materials Known to the State of California to Cause Cancer or Reproductive Toxicity under PROP 651 are listed in Appendix B. The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) mandates the Labeling of Hazardous Art Materials Act (LHAMA) that all warnings & precautions are on the product labels if applicable.
