OSHA Emergency Overview: The product is non-hazardous under normal conditions of use. It will burn if ignit ed or in cont inuous contact with intense heat. Proces sing of this product may produce dust. Accumulat ed dust is combustibl e and can be explosi ve if disturbed in the presence of a spark or other ignition source.
Health hazards
Ski n: Pressure-s ensiti ve adhesive may s tick to skin and cause superfi cial injur y. Edges of material are sharp and can produce cuts, particularly if material is being rewound or slit at high speed. Dust expos ure may cause dryi ng and slight mechanical irrit ation. Prol onged or repeated contact with dust may cause an allergic skin reaction. Eyes: Dust exposure may cause drying and mechanical irritation. Inhalation: Dust inhalation may cause drying and irritation of the upper respiratory tract (mouth, nose and throat). Ingestion: Potential mechanical irritation of the digestive tract.
