Potential chronic health
Isocyanates may cause skin and respiratory sensitivity in some individuals. Sensi- tized individuals may react to very low levels diisocyanates below the PEL. Sensitized people who continue to work with diisocyanates may develop symptoms sooner after each exposure. Limited evidence of possible carcinogenic effects. Possible other harmful target organ effects.
