67/548/EEC This product is a clear liquid with a slight ether odor in a plastic tube with a foam applicator or as an impregnated wipe. Each swab/wipe contains a small amount (1-1.2 mL) of liquid. When used as indicated, the liquid is inaccessible until the swab is snapped immediately prior to use or the pouched wipe is opened. This product is a packaged for the consumer market under 16 CFR 1500.83 (Exemptions for small packages, minor and special circumstances) and is exempt from labeling.
