SECTION 2: Hazards identification
Emergency Overview Physical: Solid, translucent, rubber-like material. Flammability: Will burn in a fire, but is not easily ignited. Burning will produce irritating and potentially toxic smoke and fumes/vapors. Eye Contact: Mechanical irritant from particles and potential irritation from fumes/vapor at high processing temperature. Skin Contact: Not likely to irritate intact healthy skin at ambient temperature. Hot material may produce thermal burns. Inhalation: Particles from grinding are nuisance dust. If material is heated above 200°F, irritating vapor may be released. The following ratings are subjective. They are provided as a quick hazard guide only. Read the entire MSDS before using the product. Hazard Rating System: Health Flammability Reactivity Incompatibility PPE NFPA: 1 0 -- HMIS: 0 -- B 0 = minimal, 1 = slight, 2 = moderate, 3 = serious, 4 = severe, * chronic health hazard

Signs, and Symptoms of Exposure
Principle Routes of Exposure
Eyes Mechanical irritation from particles. Inhalation Although this product is a solid, heating may produce irritating vapor. Heating to decomposition will produce isocyanate vapor and other toxic compounds. Acute/Chronic Skin Contact: Prolonged contact is not likely to produce symptoms on intact skin. Acute Eye Contact: Will cause mechanical irritation. Acute Ingestion: Is not probable, but small pieces are unlikely to cause symptoms. Carcinogenicity: This product has not been evaluated; however, none of the components are listed by the NTP, IARC or regulated by OSHA as carcinogens. Exposure Limits: Exposure limits have not been established for this product.
