SECTION 2: Hazards identification
EMERGENCY OVERVIEW Troykyd® D726 is an opaque beige liquid with a mild paraffin odor. This product may burn but does not ignite readily. May cause respiratory irritation at high temperatures. If swallowed, aspiration into the lungs may cause lung damage. ROUTES OF ENTRY Ingestion, skin contact, eyes, inhalation INGESTION Single dose oral toxicity is low. Ingestion may cause gastrointestinal irritation (nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea). Aspiration of material into the lungs may cause lung damage. SKIN Direct contact may cause mild skin irritation. EYE CONTACT Exposure to liquid, mist or vapors may cause mild eye irritation. INHALATION Breathing small amounts during normal handling is not likely to cause harmful effects. At high temperatures, oil mist may cause respiratory irritation.
Potential chronic health
