Others Degradation by chemicals, ageing, heat, fire etc may produce a toxic and/or corrosive residue depending on the circumstances of degradation and other materials evolved. Products of combustion must be considered to be toxic and possibly corrosive. Hydrogen cyanate can be generated and be present in fumes from fires or high temperature testing/degradation. (See Sections 5 and 10)
