Within the meaning of the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard [29 CFR 1910.1200]: this mixture is not considered a hazard when used in a manner which is consistent with the labeled directions. Eye: Eye contact with the product may produce mild transient, superficial irritation. Skin: Low potential for dermal irritation in finished consumer product. Inhalation: Low potential for inhalation effects in finished consumer product.
