SECTION 2: Hazards identification
Cosmetics are specifically exempt from the requirement to have a MSDS and alternative labelling and warnings of cosmetic products is permitted in accordance with the safety assessment of the final product and EU Cosmetics Directive. The product classified under this SDS is a cosmetic preparation. The Safety Assessment of this cosmetic formulation and the ingredients contained in it confirms that the product is in compliance with Annex1, EC Regulation 1223/2009, The Cosmetics Products (Safety) Regulations 2013 and subsequent amendments and is therefore suitable and safe for its intended end use. Cosmetic 3304 99 00 The ingredients present are in non-hazardous concentrations. Tattoo Aftercare ® is a Cosmetic Product which contains ingredients - Helianthus Annuus, Olea Europea, Cera Alba, Vitis Vinifera seed oil and Calendula Offcinalis flower extract, Lavandula Angusifolia, Tocopheryl Acetate, Melaleuca Virififlora, Melaleuca Alternifolia.
