2.1 Classification of the substance or mixture
Hazards indication: The product installed in its final application: no known risks. not classified as dangerous according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 CLP when subjected to mechanical processing (drilling, cutting with tools, milling, leveling, etc.) the product can release volatile dust into the air. As with most powders, excessive inhalation of it can cause irritation of the respiratory tract. -The contact of dust with the eyes can generate temporary irritation or inflammation of the eyes. -Prolonged exposure of the skin in contact with the dust can generate skin irritation. -Handling and processing of this product may generate dust containing quartz. Inhalation of quartz can cause chronic respiratory diseases (silicosis) as well as an increased risk of contracting cancer.
