2.1 Classification of the substance or mixture
Not dangerous according to the criteria set by the European Union (EU). The product is considered an “Article” by the EU REACH regulation: (EC) 1907/2006 and the EU CLP regulation (EC) 1272/2008. The product is not hazardous in the form in which it is placed on the market and under the normal and recommended conditions of storage and use. The product will not release any substance, preparation, or mixture during normal or foreseeable conditions of use. This product conforms to the definition of an “Article” under 29 CFR 1910.1200 Hazard Communication Regulation and is therefore exempt from the Hazard Communication regulation.
