Emergency Overview PHOS-HW is an odorless, white, granular material. Contact with the mists, sprays, or liquid may burn eyes and skin. PHOS-HW is neither flammable nor combustible. Emergency response individuals should wear the appropriate PPE suitable for the situation to which they are responding.
