No known acute or chronic health hazards have been attributed to exposures to this product. Sand surfaced versions of this product contain quartz (crystalline silica). Respirable crystalline silica has been classified by IARC group 2A probable carcinogen. It has not been classified as a carcinogen by OSHA or NTP. Extreme exposure may result in irritation of the nose and / or throat. Vapours may irritate the upper respiratory system.
