Danger. Harmful if swallowed. Causes severe skin burns and serious eye damage. Very toxic to aquatic life. Toxic to terrestrial vertebrates.
Prevention
Keep out of reach of children. Read label before use. Wear gloves/protective clothing and eye/face protection. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Avoid release to the environment.
Response
Collect spillage. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Remove immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water. Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Call a POISON CENTER or doctor if you feel unwell. IF INHALED: Remove to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing.
