Prevention
P202 Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood. P210 Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. P243 Take action to prevent static discharges. P273 Avoid release to the environment.
Response

2.3 Other hazards
The substance does not fulfill all screening criteria for persistence, bioaccumulation and toxicity and hence is not considered to be PBT or vPvB. Highly flammable. This material is a static accumulator. Even with proper grounding and bonding, this material can still accumulate an electrostatic charge. If sufficient charge is allowed to accumulate, electrostatic discharge and ignition of flammable air- vapour mixtures can occur. Highly reactive. May form explosive peroxides. Will float and can be reignited on surface water. Vapours are heavier than air. Vapours may travel across the ground and reach remote ignition sources causing a flashback fire danger. May form flammable/explosive vapour-air mixture.
