Other hazards which do not result in classification
This material is a static accumulator. Even with proper grounding and bonding, this material can still accumulate an electrostatic charge. If sufficient charge is allowed to accumulate, electrostatic discharge and ignition of flammable air- vapour mixtures can occur. The vapour is heavier than air, spreads along the ground and distant ignition is possible. Will float and can be reignited on surface water. The classification of this material is based on OSHA HCS 2012 criteria.
