EMERGENCY OVERVIEW: EYE: May cause severe eye irritation. SKIN: May cause skin irritation. Liquid contact with skin may cause frostbite. May be absorbed through the skin. Material may aggravate an existing dermatitis. INHALATION: Breathing high concentrations of vapors may cause anesthetic effects. INGESTION: Moderately toxic. May cause stomach discomfort, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and narcosis. May cause serious health effects if swallowed.
Potential chronic health
Chronic overexposure to a component or components in this material has been found to cause the following effects in laboratory animals: Birth defects Chronic overexposure to a component or components is this product has been suggested as a cause of the following effects in humans: Kidney damage Central nervous system depression, shock, coma, visual disturbances, anddeath. Onset of symptoms may be delayed as long as 30 hours. Contains crystalline silica which may cause cancer based on animal data. IARC classifies respirable crystalline silica as a Group 1 carcinogen which is a know human carcinogen.
