Prevention

Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood. Do not breathe dust/fume/gas/mist/vapours/spray. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.

Response

IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Get medical advice/attention if you feel unwell.

Potential health effects

Eyes: Causes severe eye injury which may persist for several days. Skin: Contact with skin may cause irritation, swelling or redness, allergic sensitization. Inhalation: Exposure to vapors (mist) may be harmful to the unborn child and at the risk of impaired fertility and irritate nose, throat/respiratory system. Ingestion: May cause injury of mouth, throat, and stomach.
