Prevention

Wash thoroughly after handling. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection, and face protection. Avoid breathing fumes, mists, vapors, or spray. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, and hot surfaces. – No smoking. Keep container tightly closed. Ground container and receiving equipment. Use explosion-proof electrical, ventilating, lighting, and transportation equipment. Use only non-sparking tools. Take precautionary measures against static discharge.

Response

If on skin (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing and wash it before reuse. Rinse skin with water. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical attention. If in eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical attention. If inhaled: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Call a poison center or doctor if you feel unwell. If swallowed: Immediately call a poison center or doctor. Do NOT induce vomiting. In case of fire: Use water spray, dry powder, alcohol resistant foam, or carbon dioxide to extinguish.

Storage

Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed. Keep cool. Store locked up.

Disposal

Dispose of contents and container in accordance with local, regional, national, and international regulations.
