Product definition : waste Classification according to Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 [CLP/GHS] This product is a waste of the aluminium smelting process and is exempt from Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 [REACH] and Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 [CLP/GHS]. It needs to be treated to recover materials for possible reutilization. Recovered products may be subject to classification according to Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 [CLP/ GHS]. The product is not classified as hazardous according to Regulation (EC) 1272/2008 as amended. See Section 16 for the full text of the H statements declared above.
