The products as supplied are non-Hazardous according to the Approved criteria For Classifying Hazardous Substances [NOHSC:1008] 3rd Edition. Gunlake Aggregate Products are classified as Non-Dangerous Goods according to the Australian Code for the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Road and Rail. Dust of these products contains crystalline silica, some of which may be respirable (particles small enough to go into the deep parts of the lung when breathed in), and which is Hazardous.
