This product is not classified as hazardous pursuant to the provisions set forth in Directives 67/548/EEC and 1994/45/EC and/or EC Regulation 1272/2008 (CLP) (and subsequent amendments and supplements). However, since the product contains hazardous substances in concentrations such as to be detailed in section no. 3, it requires a safety data sheet with appropriate information compliant to EC Regulation 1907/2006 and subsequent amendments.
