SECTION 2: Hazards identification
Hazard Overview: This product is an eye and skin irritant. Over-exposure by inhalation may cause respiratory irritation. Avoid breathing dust. If airborne exposure is excessive, wear NIOSH/MSHA approved respirator. This product contains crystalline silica that may cause silicosis and cancer. Hazard Caution: Eye Contact: Dust contact in eyes may cause irritation. Skin: Dust may cause allergic reaction in some individuals. Inhalation: Breathing dust may be irritating to nose, throat and reparatory passages. Inhalation may cause silicosis. Ingestion: Ingestion is not expected in industrial use of this product. Chronic Exposure: None.
