Signs and symptoms of short-term (acute) exposure Inhalation : If product is heated or mists are formed, inhalation may cause irritation to the nose, throat and respiratory tract. Skin : May cause mild skin irritation. Eyes : May cause mild eye irritation. Ingestion : May have laxative effects. May cause nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. May be an aspiration hazard. Aspiration into the lungs during swallowing or subsequent vomiting may cause chemical pneumonitis, which can be fatal.
