SECTION 2: Hazards identification
This product is a black, opaque, tacky solid with no odor. May cause mild eye and skin irritation. Product is not flammable but will burn under fire conditions. Inhaled heated product vapors may irritate nose, throat, and respiratory system. Product contains silica quartz (see section 11). However, it is a manufactured article as defined in 29 CFR 1200(c) and not considered to be hazardous when used/applied per manufacturer’s guidelines.
