The product is a mixture, in which the ingredients are bound to the binder and in this form do not present a hazard. After being applied (when product is dry) dust could be generated, depending on the application (i.e. mechanical machining). This product contains calcined clay that contains respirable crystalline silica as impurity. Calcined clay is classified as STOT RE1 due to the potential for generation of airborne respirable crystalline silica.
