If polymerisation takes place in enclosed container, there is a possibility of violent rupture of the container. Product vapours may form an explosive mixture in air. SPECIAL FIRE FIGHTING PROCEDURES: Evacuate area and fight fire from a safe distance or a protected location. Approach fire from upwind to avoid hazardous vapours and toxic decomposition of products.
