Other Health Effects
This material contains no ingredient known or suspected to be a carcinogen, teratogen, mutagen or reproductive toxin unless indicated below. No synergistic materials known unless indicated below. Toluene: This product contains toluene. Toluene inhalation in animals (greater than 1500 ppm) and intentional inhalation of toluene containing products by humans (e.g. glue) has caused adverse fetal development effects. It has been reported in occupational studies that inhalation expousres to toluene are associated with reproductive effects including spontaneous abortion. However, the methodology and reliability of the results for the studies are questionable. Several other occupational studies indicated that toluene exposure has been associated with impaired color vision. N-beta-(aminoethyl)-gamma-aminopropyl-trimethoxysilane produces methyl alcohol on exposure to water or humid air. If ingested, the
Potential health effects
observed may be the same as methyl alcohol including permanent blindness. ------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
