Potential health effects
Eye Contact: Causes severe irritation. Inhalation: May cause irritation mucous membranes and to upper respiratory tract. Ingestion: May cause irritation to gastrointestinal track. Some asthmatics or sulfite-sensitive persons may experience wheezing, chest tightness, stomach upset, hives, faintness, weakness, and diarrhea. Skin Contact: May cause irritation or reddening.
