2.3 Other hazards
Inhalation of concentrated vapours may have a narcotic effect as well as lead to drowsiness and dizziness. The product contains liquefied petroleum gases (Alkanes, C3-C4) as a propellant. These alkanes can cause central nervous system depression and cardiac sensitisation at high concentrations. As the product is an aerosol grease, prolonged or repeated skin contact without proper cleaning can clog pores of the skin resulting in disorders such as oil acne/folliculitis. There is a possibility that repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking. The product will form flammable/explosive mixtures in air. Do not spray on naked flames or any incandescent materials. The product is in a pressurised container and should be protected from sunlight and should not be exposed to temperatures exceeding 50OC. The container should not be pierced or burnt, even after use. As for all chemical products, persons should not expose open wounds, cuts, abrasions or irritated skin to this material.
