2.3 Other hazards
– The mixture has a low order of toxicity associated with it. The product is vegetable oil based and of comparatively low viscosity (~32cSt @ 40oC) to normal lubricating oils, hence it may present an aspiration hazard if ingested. Excessive exposure may result in mild irritation to the skin or respiratory system as well as possible irritation to the eye. People with pre-existing skin conditions, such as eczema or dermatitis, should take precautions so as not to exacerbate the condition. As for all chemical products, persons should not expose open wounds, cuts, abrasions or irritated skin to this material.
