The Alegria® Anti-VZV IgG Liquor is an ELISA based test system intended for the comparative quantitative measurement of IgG class antibodies against Varizella-Zoster-Virus in human serum or plasma samples and in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). This assay is for the detection of IgG antibody synthesis in the central nervous system. The assay is not suitable for detection of Anti-VZV IgG in serum only This product is intended for professional in vitro diagnostic use only
