The Alegria® Anti-Borrelia IgM Liquor is an ELISA based test system intended for the comparative quantitative measurement of IgM class antibodies against Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato in human serum or plasma samples and in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). This assay is for the detection of IgM antibody synthesis in the central nervous system. The assay is not suitable for detection of Anti-Borrelia IgM in serum only This product is intended for professional in vitro diagnostic use only
