Emergency Overview:

Appearance/Odor

Light brown granule with slight odor Warning Statements Keep out of reach of children. CAUTION. Harmful if inhaled or absorbed through the skin. Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid breathing dust and spray mist. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing.

Principle Routes of Exposure

Inhalation, eye and skin contact Eye Contact: May cause brief and/or minor eye irritation, which may include redness and possible swelling. Skin Contact: May cause brief and/or minor skin irritation, which may include redness and possible swelling. This product may be slightly toxic when absorbed through the skin. It is not expected to cause allergic skin reactions. Ingestion: Minimally toxic when ingested. Inhalation: Slightly toxic when inhaled. Exposure to high concentrations of dust may result in respiratory irritation. Signs and symptoms may include, but are not limited to, nasal discharge, sore throat, coughing and difficulty in breathing.

Medical Conditions Generally Aggravated by Exposure

Inhalation of product may aggravate existing chronic respiratory problems such as asthma, emphysema or bronchitis. Skin contact may aggravate existing skin disease. Individuals with anemia or preexisting diseases of the blood may have increased susceptibility to the toxicity of excessive exposures. See Section 11: TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION for more information.
