Potential health effects
Methyl Bromide may be fatal if inhaled and harmful if swallowed or absorbed through the skin. It is a neurotoxin and a severe irritant to the upper and lower respiratory tract, skin and eyes. This product contains 2% chloropicrin (trichloronitromethane), which is used as a lachrymatory warning agent, and at this level does not affect the properties of the prouct, except for its odour.
