Carbon dioxide slowed brain activity. Concentration between 2% and 10% may cause nausea, dizziness, headache, reduced concentration, high blood pressure and accelerated breathing. Concentration above 8% causes nausea and vomiting. Concentration above 10% may cause burns and 20% - paralysis of the respiratory tract. Air humidity forms carbonic acid, which causes eye irritation. All forms of carbon dioxide are non flammable. The gas is heavier than air and may accumulate in low-rise rooms, causing lack of oxygen. Static electricity comes in case of high volume rates and can ignite the available explosive mixtures.
