2.3 Other hazards
Product is used with Portland Cement or other caustic material which may cause an allergic skin reaction in sensitive individuals. Wet cement can dry the skin and cause chemical burns. Product contains a low percentage of quartz in which exposure to amounts that will result in chronic symptoms is highly unlikely; however, repeated, or prolonged exposure to respirable (airborne) crystalline silica dust will cause lung damage in the form of silicosis and may cause cancer.
