SECTION 2: Hazards identification
1272/2008 In accordance with regulation EU 1272/2008: The individual components that make up the product are not dangerous in their processed form. Even the dust that may be released during processing or working is harmless, provided that the dust concentration remains below a certain limit value. For normal use (use according to regulation), this limit value will not be exceeded. Normal use means that the product is applied in the open air. Inhalation of limit value exceeding concentrations respirable quartz dust may cause lung fibrosis.The respirable fraction of the quartz contained in this product is nil (0.94% of the total amount of quartz in Mikolit300 is respirable, so this is a negligible factor). See Section. 3 for limit values. Wet clay on the floor or ground may cause a risk of slipping, sliding or falling. Therefore, ensure proper house- keeping. Clean up spills regularly (daily).
