Potential health effects
EYES: Irritating, and will injure eye tissue if not removed promptly. SKIN: Causes drying, cracking and irritation of the skin. Low order of toxicity. Frequent or prolonged contact may defat and dry the skin, leading to discomfort and dermatitis. INGESTION: Small amount of liquid aspirated into the respiratory system during ingestion or from vomiting may cause pneumonia or pulmonary edema. INHALATION: Vapor concentration above recommended exposure levels can cause irritation of upper respiratory tract, drowsiness, fatigue, headache, low blood pressure, loss of coordination, respiratory depression, and kidney damage.
